Kristen M. Blanks

Kristen Blanks was raised in Keyser, WV.  She graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work in 1995 and a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2001.  She earned her psychology licensed in 2007. The primary focus of her career has been working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. Ms. Blanks’ has consulted in a number of different programs and agencies throughout West Virginia. This includes: residential units across the state for juveniles with behavior disorders, ICF/IID Facilities for adults with Intellectual Disabilities or Related Conditions, Level II Evaluations for the PAS program for Nursing Facility Level of Care, and foster care programs for at risk youth primarily in rural areas in WV. Ms. Blanks has evaluated hundreds of adults and children to determine functioning and level of care. She resumed full time work at PC&A in 2019 when she accepted the Program Manager position. She is the primary LTC-CC for the Children with Serious Emotional Disorders Waiver. She resides in Huntington, WV with her husband and two children.
