Charley Bowen

Charley Bowen, MA holds a Masters’ Degree in Child Psychology from Marshall University. In addition to being a licensed psychologist, he is certified as an Emotionally Focused Couples/Family Therapist and is a Certified Emotionally Focused Couples/Family Supervisor. He is also certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy. He served on the WV Board of Examiners of Psychologists from 2018 to 2026. He is a Long-Term Care Clinical Consultant. He makes eligibility decisions for the I/DD Waiver, CSED Waiver and PASRR Programs and does on-site reviews for the ICF/IIID Group Homes. He serves as department witness in fair hearings for adverse decisions.

Charley is presently not taking new patients for therapy.
