Crystal Dotson
Crystal holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Social Work and has been licensed in West Virginia since 2004. Prior to coming to PC & A, Crystal primarily worked in the field of Child Welfare. At the start of her career, she was employed by West Virginia DoHS as a Child Protective Services Worker and then as the Foster Care Program Policy Specialist. After leaving DoHS, she was employed at CAMC Women & Children’s Hospital for 13 years, initially as a floor social worker, and later as a Forensic Interviewer and Multi-Disciplinary Team Facilitator at the Children’s Advocacy Center. PC&A was lucky to hire Crystal as a Project Coordinator in 2024. Her primary responsibility is doing administrative services with the Children with Disabilities Community Services Program, oversight of Medicaid Fair Hearings, and assisting with the Children with Serious Emotional Disorders Waiver. Crystal resides in Charleston with her husband, daughter and fur kids. She loves animals and helping people and in her spare time enjoys yoga and spending time in nature.
