Jill Oliver

Jill Oliver is the Project Coordinator for the BMS Long Term Care Contract. She started her career as a LPN and then worked as a beautician, an activity that she continues presently. She resided in Georgia and then Ohio prior to returning to her home state of West Virginia. Ohio’s loss was PC&A’s gain! Jill has been with PC&A since 2011. Her primary responsibilities include working collaboratively with the ASO for the Waiver program, oversight and monitoring of timelines and evaluations for the Waiver program, receipt and submission of documents for the ICF/IID program, communication with the ICF providers, and fiscal management of pass through monies. In her little spare time, she enjoys her family and friends, is an excellent cook, and likes to travel. She lives with her husband, David in Dunbar, WV.
